She began learning to sign, continued studying American Sign Language in high school, and went on to found The Bridge Outreach for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Making room for people to be heard became a lifelong commitment.
Sunrise is where Niccole and her husband have raised their three children and made their home for more than two decades. Her story is woven into the everyday work of family, small business, and showing up for neighbors.
A family tradition of service
